I have two kids and got pregnant for each of them within three months of trying. For Isabella, my first, I took in after two months, and for Nathan, I got lucky after a month of trying.
Now, I’m not saying this to boast, but to let on that it can be easy to conceive if you prepare well enough.

1) Get a Preconception Test Done
Getting a preconception test done is just about the best move you can take in your journey towards getting pregnant.

Also, most causes of delay when trying for a baby are usually minor or usually not as complicated as we think and your doctor should place you on the right treatment upon diagnosis.

2) Get to Know Your Cycle
Ovulation defers from woman to woman. Knowing how yours works will help you time sex to boost the odds of conception.

Understanding Ovulation and Fertilization

A fertility diet works the exact way; It prepares your body for fertilization as it doesn’t just give you the right nutrients, but also takes care of certain slight abnormalities that could be causing delays.
Fiber-rich foods like sweet potatoes, oats, and avocado perform the extra function of reducing excess estrogen in the body, one factor that promotes infertility.
Other fertility foods you want to check out include:
- Egg yolk

Women are encouraged to take 400mg of folic acid daily, at least three months before frying to get pregnant to reduce the risks of having a baby with a neural defect like spina bifida.
However, you want to check with your doctor before starting on any. Besides folic acid, some other good prenatal to take include Bcomplex and iron. If you’re having a hard time taking so many drugs, some people just opt for a brand that contains all of these vitamins in the right proportion.
7) Get Your Partner Onboard
